He was instrumental in bringing technological advancements in current Practice to serve clients better. By this time, SMS also had one addition in its board of advisor and Mr Jatinder Mohan Singh joined as board of advisors and lead the various process audits division of the firm. The firm’s approach to service delivery helped to provide value-added services to clients. Unfortunately SMS lost one of its strong pillar CA Pradeep Agarwal during this period due to his untimely demise. However the entire team of SMS was determined to carry his legacy forward.
